Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports at the age of fourteen years old. Following her training in kickboxing, boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ she began her professional debut with Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was 18 years old. Ladd became more confident after this win and won 3 fights at Ultimate Reno Combat. Her adversaries were defeated all in the 1st round. In WCFC Ladd was able to defeat Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous vote. Aspen was first beaten by Silvia Babyghian before going on to fight Maddy Simmons at WCFC 9 in which she took on Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia beat Aspen to defeat her in a unanimous decision, putting an ominous mark on her records as an amateur. Ladd won her next bout with Roma Pawelek to improve to a record of 8-1. Aspen made her professional debut in 2015 when she signed with Invicta FC to make her professional debut. She faced Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11 and dominated her in the first round to win a TKO. Invicta Fighting Championships 16: She took the following match with Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission by armbar. Aspen made use of her wrestling prowess to take down McGill in the third round of a TKO. Aspen then went on to fight Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 at a catchweight of 138.1lb. Ladd was not able make the weight, however Aspen took the victory and defeated Hoy by TKO. Invicta FC, 21 was her last promotion fight. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks prevailed by a majority vote. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to debut. She faced Linalansberg during UFC Fight Night 118. She outclassed Lina through ground-and-pound and won the TKO round at the end of the 2nd. She remained dominant, and won an even bigger victory against Tonya Avinger in UFC 229 with her next fight. Ladd beat Evinger within the first few seconds and received a bonus for her performance on the night. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee She fought Sijara Eubanks in her debut fight. Ladd was the winner of the fight of the night bonus fight after the two fighters engaged in an intense combat. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd in just 16 seconds, putting an end to her win streak. In the third round of UFC on ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. As a last-minute replacement to her UFC bout, she fought Norma Dumont during UFC Fight Night 195. She lost by unanimous decision.
